Returns/ Replacements and Cancellations are applicable in the following situations only:

1.The consumer received a damaged product or incomplete product. 

2.The consumer received the wrong product. 

3.Cancellation request will be reviewed only in cases where the product is not shipped from our warehouse/storage facility. 

In order to raise a return or cancellation request please follow the process mentioned below. 

Returns/Replacements:

Upon delivery of a product if you find that the wrong product has been delivered or the product has a manufacturing defect please immediately send us an email on info@seicare.in within 12 hours of delivery of the product with the following details:

1.Order Number

2.Name of the product received

3.Date of delivery of the product

4.Nature of damage and/or defect

5.Color photographs of the product that clearly indicate and illustrate the damage/defect

Subject to receipt of the above information within the specified period, SeiCare may replace the product to your satisfaction.

Only products that are unused and properly stored (away from exposure to humid conditions/ liquids or water) are applicable for returns. In case of returns, the applicable fee will be credited to the users account for future purchase only. 

In case replacement of product is not possible due to non-availability of the product user will get store credit valid for 12 months. 

Our easy return policy will not be applicable to products which reveal damage to the outer packing or the product itself, products which appear to be partially used, and products purchased during sales / promotions / offers. Items must be unused and undamaged by the user. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. Store credit is valid for one year. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods. 

 To return an item, the user must write to us at info@seicare.in, a prompt response is assured. Alternatively, we are reachable on +91 96672 14448 (10 am – 7pm, Monday – Friday).

 We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit. But if you receive a damaged product do let us know. We might take corrective measures to deal with your issue if the issue is reported in 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellations: 

Cancellations are possible if reported within 12 hours of placing the order or in case the product is not shipped from our warehouse/storage facility whichever is later.  To cancel an order, the user must write to us at info@seicare.in, a prompt response is assured. Alternatively, we are reachable on +91 96672 14448 (10 am – 7pm, Monday – Friday).
